Karsten Hansen, a professional architect, graduated Cum-Laude from the University of Pretoria in 2007. He gained global experience by working in various countries, including Germany, where he worked on projects ranging from a transport intersections to green buildings. Returning to South Africa in 2012, he managed the Mkhondo branch of TJ Architects, working on diverse projects from private homes to commercial ventures and hospitals. In 2017, he co-founded Khanya Architects with Anso, further expanding his portfolio to include retail developments and educational and religious institutions.
